State of Montana Directive Implementing Executive Orders 2-2020 and 3-2020 providing measures to stay at home and designating certain essential functions
Medical Marijuana distribution has been deemed an essential service by the State of Montana. In light of this, all Lionheart Locations will remain open during the Governor Bullock’s “Stay at Home” directive. However, there are certain measures and processes that we have implemented that will affect our patients.
Lionheart Caregiving has implemented the following procedures:
All Lionheart locations will limit the number of patients allowed in the store to 3 at all times
Only one patient will be allowed at the sales counter at a time
We are asking that patients follow the procedures outlined below to complete an in store transaction:
If you are arriving with a used exitbag we are asking that you drop the bag in a designatedreceptacle at the stores entrance. We will provide you with a new/sanitized bag for each visit.
At the start of the transaction place your MMP card, NugBucks card and Exit Bag (if you are providing your own)
Step back at least 3 feet from the sales counter to place your order. This location will be clearly marked
Once the order has been packaged you will be asked to step forward and place your payment on the counter then step back to the 3-foot marker
The sales associate willfinalize the order and place the orderon the counter along with any needed change.
Step forward and pickup the order and change and exit the facility
In addition, Lionheart has implemented recommended guidelines on sanitation and safety throughout our entire supply chain. You can be secure in your knowledge that we are doing everything we can to deliver a safe product to you.

Lionheart’s Statement on COVID-19
Each day we are learning more about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting communities where we live and work. For Lionheart that means understanding how it affects our employees and patients and making the necessary adjustments to ensure the health and safety of all. As a valued member of the Lionheart family, we wanted to take a moment to reach out to you and assure you of the precautions we are taking regarding the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our store. Our team has been encouraging our staff to practice safe, healthy hygiene for their own sake as well as the health and well-being of our patients, based on the best guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local and state health departments.
We have instructed all employees to stay home if they feel sick or are returning from an area of the world identified as posing a coronavirus-related risk. Per CDC recommendations we are asking employees who have traveled to such locations or have been exposed to others who have traveled to such locations, to self-quarantine. Our goal is to provide uninterrupted access to your medicine, when and where you need it.
What We’re Doing:
Instructing all employees to wear gloves at every transaction.
Limiting patient contact with our in-store materials (jars, containers, product etc.) Any needs you may have our budtenders will be glad to assist you with.
Additional sanitizing procedures to ensure a high level of safety within our store.
We are monitoring new developments so that we can quickly adapt and continue to provide our patients with the medicine they need and have the best possible experience.
