Lionheart Caregiving – Curbside Pickup

Contact your local Lionheart Caregiving location via phone to place an order with our associates, or log into our website to place an order online. See the chart below for our locations, hours of operation and phone numbers.  Please note that you must select your local Lionheart location in order to see what’s in stock.

  1. Visit our website using this link: https://lionheartcaregiving.com and click the “Log In” link on the main menu. Enter “Lionheart” as the user, and “LionheartOPP” as the password.
  1. Choose the Lionheart location you will be visiting. Here is a list of the hours that each location will be providing for outside service:

  1. Lionheart uses a service called I Heart Jane to provide online shopping. After you log into Lionheart’s website, you still need to create an account and log into the shopping system. This will change on October 1, 2021 when the state’s new advertising laws take effect and Lionheart will no longer require a separate login to view the shopping pages. Until then, please keep in mind there are two logins required in order to shop: 1) Log in to Lionheart’s private area, and 2) log into the shopping system’s user account.
  2. If you prefer, you may place your order by phone. To place your order, call your preferred Lionheart location using the phone number listed above. Tell the staff that you wish to schedule an curbside pickup. You can discuss available product and place your order over the phone. Let the staff know the approximate time you will be arriving for your order.
  3. When you arrive, please call the selected location and the staff will bring your order out to you. For convenience, please have your payment ready. If you do not have a cell phone, ring the entrance bell, state your name, and that you’re here for an outside pickup. Our staff will come outside to complete your transaction.
