Lionheart Caregiving – Outside Pickup
In light of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) Lionheart Caregiving is offering a pre-order outside pickup option for our patients starting Friday, March 20th 2020. This option will be on a voluntary basis. If you are avoiding public spaces, or if you are ill or have any symptoms related to COVID-19, we ask that you utilize this service.
For outside pickup, please follow the instructions below. This service will only be available Monday – Friday except for our Livingston & Kalispell locations that will only be available Tuesday – Friday.
Contact your local Lionheart Caregiving location via phone to place an order with our associates. See the chart below for our locations, hours of operation and phone numbers. To assist you in selecting your medicine, you can visit our website before you place your order to view the current menu for your desired location. Please note that you must select your local Lionheart location in order to see what’s in stock.
- Visit our website using this link: https://lionheartcaregiving.com and click the “Log In” link on the main menu. Call your local dispensary and request the website login credentials, then enter the User name and Password.
- Choose the Lionheart location of the you will be visiting. Here is a list of the hours that each location will be providing for outside service:

- To place your order, call your preferred Lionheart location using the phone number listed above. Tell the staff that you wish to schedule an outside pickup. You can discuss available product and place your order over the phone. Let the staff know the approximate time you will be arriving for your order.
- When you arrive, please call the selected location and the staff will bring your order out to you. For convenience, please have your payment ready. If you do not have a cell phone, ring the entrance bell, state your name, and that you’re here for an outside pickup. Our staff will come outside to complete your transaction.
